I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tolip in Alexandria and I must say, this hotel truly exceeded my high expectations. From the moment I arrived, the professional receptionist, Ms. Nada Essam, ensured a fast and efficient check-in process. The room was not only clean and comfortable but also offered a spectacular pure frontal sea view that was simply breathtaking. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff, especially Mirna from reception, all our needs were met promptly.One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Despite a slight issue with the water pressure in the bathroom, everything else was in perfect working order. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, with the chefs maintaining a cheerful demeanor and spotless presentation. Additionally, the pool area was pristine, with a diligent lifeguard ensuring everyone's safety.Furthermore, the convenient location near Sidi Gaber's train station made exploring the city a breeze. The shuttle service to the beach was a lovely added touch, offering a cozy private beach experience with regular clean-ups to maintain its beauty. Tolip not only provides excellent accommodations for both business and leisure travelers but also excels in its attention to detail and guest satisfaction. I can confidently say that my stay at Tolip has set a new standard for my hotel experiences in Alexandria, and I look forward to returning soon.
